Our motto at Simmons is to "Do Whatever it Takes" to meet the many unique and varied needs of our diverse family of students.  To that end, we offer a wide variety of services and support programs.  

Obtaining Special Services:

• If you have a rising 6th grader with an IEP or 504 plan and are entering from a Hoover elementary school,the academic plan will follow your child without any action needed on your part.  

• If you are transferring from another school system, please make our staff aware of your child's academic needs upon registering.  

• If your child does not currently have an academic plan in place, but you feel your child may qualify for special services, please contact your child's teacher at the start of the year.
